The November BOARD MEETING of the ARIZONA COUNCIL OF THE BLIND is scheduled for the second Saturday of every month from 9:00 a.m. until about 11:00. Please call 520-468-0000 and use meeting code 29222 to join the board meeting.

The SOUTHERN ARIZONA COUNCIL OF THE BLIND usually meets at SAAVI on Grant Road in Tucson on the third Saturday of every even month from 11:00 a.m. to about 1:00. However, this month there's no physical meeting there so to attend by teleconference call at 6:00 p.m., call 520-468-0000 using meeting code of 85715 pound.
SAZCB is an affiliate of The Arizona Council of the Blind, also known as A Z C B which in turn is an affiliate of The a.m.erican Council of the Blind, also known as A C B. We are a nonprofit organization made up of blind, visually impaired, and sighted Arizonans. Our chapter’s primary focus is on issues of the blind in southern Arizona, and we are growing and would like to invite you to join us. The purpose of the Arizona Council of the Blind (AzCB) is to promote an improved understanding of the capabilities and needs of people who are blind or visually impaired residents of and visitors to the State of Arizona, and to work to improve the social, economic, educational, employment and civic opportunities which are available to blind and visually impaired people within Arizona.
